Sabah Leather Shoe

Handmade by master craftsmen in Turkey and inspired by traditional shoes from the region, these leather Slides are exceptionally versatile and comfortable. The durable leather uppers are cut from premium, drum-dyed cowhide that ages beautifully. The uppers are stitched to the rubber soles with a single, continuous waxed cotton thread — it’s both stronger and makes it possible to replace the soles as needed over a lifetime of wear. The soft leather lining is comfortable with or without a sock. Lightweight, packable, and relatively quick-drying, Sabah’s slip-ons also make for the perfect travel shoe and pair just as well with twill chinos as they do with lightweight linen. Founded in 2013 by Mickey Ashmore out of his New York City apartment, Sabah’s traditional leather shoes, handmade in Gaziantep, Turkey, have acquired a cult following for their versatility and comfort.
