Product details

Faux fur funnel neck collar frames the face and adds instant texture - the standout detail that sets this apart from a standard trench silhouette. Cropped, boxy cut sits just below the hip and swings slightly away from the body as you move, making it a flattering shape across plus sizes. Button-tab flap pockets sit at the front - functional and structured, they add a tailored edge to the otherwise relaxed shape. Button-fastened cuffs on the wide sleeves give a polished, considered finish at the wrist rather than a casual raw hem. Seam detailing runs down the front panels, adding subtle shape and preventing the boxy cut from looking shapeless. The faux fur collar is doing the heavy lifting here - it turns what could be a straightforward cropped coat into something that reads as intentional and put-together without any extra effort. The coat sits close to the shoulder and then opens out slightly through the body, so it layers comfortably over chunky knits or hoodies without pulling. The model wears it with wide-leg ribbed trousers, which picks up on the relaxed proportions of the coat and keeps the whole look cohesive - try a straight-leg or wide-leg trouser in a tonal shade for the same effect, then add chunky trainers or ankle boots to ground it. For an evening out with friends, swap in a slip skirt and heeled boots and the fur collar immediately shifts the feel. It's the kind of coat that works just as hard on a Saturday market trip as it does on a night out - the collar does the dressing up for you. | boohoo Women's Plus Faux Fur Trim Funnel Neck Trench Coat in Chocolate.
