boohoo Women's Borg Detail Bomber Jacket in Black | Size: 4 | Down

Product details

Borg-lined funnel neck that folds down into a generous collar - the standout detail that sets this apart from a standard bomber. Oversized, padded silhouette with a elasticated hem that cinches in just enough to keep the shape from swamping the body. Full zip fastening runs through the centre front, making it easy to layer over chunky knits and still close comfortably. Padded sleeves with a slightly dropped shoulder give the jacket its relaxed, roomy feel without looking shapeless. Two front welt pockets sit at hip height - functional and deep enough for hands on colder days. The bomber sits just below the waist, which means it works hardest when paired with something that shows the hem - wide-leg jeans are the obvious move, and exactly how the model wears it here. The volume is in the body and sleeves, so the silhouette reads intentionally oversized rather than too big. That borg collar is the real talking point; worn up, it frames the face and keeps the wind out; folded down, it adds a contrast texture that makes the jacket look more considered than a plain bomber would. Layer a chunky knit or a simple white tee underneath depending on the temperature - both sit cleanly beneath the zip. It's the kind of jacket that gets thrown on for a weekend market trip, a casual night out, or a cold morning commute without needing anything else to make the outfit land. | boohoo Women's Borg Detail Bomber Jacket in Black.
